What inspired you to become a musician?
The past teachers I’ve had and am currently studying with have inspired me to pursue excellence in the performance field.

Who are your all-time favorite composers and/or pieces? Why?
My all-time favorite composer is Ludwig van Beethoven.

What is an interesting fact about you and/or your instrument?
I used to play football in high school despite my short stature.

When taking a break from music-making, what is your favorite thing to do?
I like to cook and binge watch hulu shows.

Why did you choose the NRO?
I chose NRO because I had a really positive experience the previous summer. I love working with fellow musicians seeking a career in orchestral playing and I love performing in all the concerts with different variety of programs. This summer, I am looking forward to meeting new people and working with familiar and new conductors. I also love Breckenridge as a summer spot! Not too cold but also not too warm.
