Bio:
Judith Kim is a violinist hailing from Seattle, Washington. After picking up the violin through her middle school orchestra program, she began studying with Ronald Patterson in high school and would then continue under his tutelage while earning her Bachelor of Music from the University of Washington. She has since received her Master of Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music studying with Joan Kwuon, Jessica Lee, and Philip Setzer.

What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
My most listened to genres of music right now are K-pop, Rap, and Folk.

When taking a break from music-making, what is your favorite thing to do?
I like to bake (currently macarons, always chocolate chip cookies), hike, pet my cat, and play Beat Saber

What are you most looking forward to this summer with the NRO?
Besides playing some beautiful music, I am most excited to find some hiking buddies within my peers and get a group to attempt a 14er!
