Bio:
Amelia Bailey is a master’s student at the Manhattan School of Music studying under Sheryl Staples. She began playing violin at age three and studied with members of the National Symphony Orchestra before college. In high school she was a fellow in the NSO Youth Fellowship program at the Kennedy Center, and recently, in March, she performed chamber music in Hungary with members of her undergraduate music program.

What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
I grew up (and still live) on a farm and I’m fluent in American Sign Language.
