Originally from Melbourne, Florida, Aidan Fuller is a rising junior studying at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York. He currently studies with Professor Mark Kellogg and previously with Timothy Smith of the Buffalo Philharmonic, as well as Joey Vascik. In the summer of 2022, Aidan was a fellow at the Round Top Festival Institute where he played in the Texas Festival Orchestra.
What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
I really enjoy language learning, and I’ve spent time studying German and Chinese. (Although I didn’t get too far with Chinese, it’s hard!)

When taking a break from music-making, what is your favorite thing to do?
Spending time outdoors, maybe going to a park or just a long walk.
What are you most looking forward to this summer with the NRO?
I hope to experience what it takes to play in a section at a very high level and at the real pace of a full-time, professional orchestra.
