Bio:
Percussionist Aaron Smith is an active performer and educator based out of Houston, Texas. He also serves as the Principal Percussionist with the Boise Philharmonic. Aaron received his Bachelor of Music Performance from Indiana University, where he studied with John Tafoya, Kevin Bobo, Steve Houghton, and Michael Spiro. He recently completed a Master of Music Performance at Rice University, where he studied with Matthew Strauss.

What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
My favorite dish to make is homemade buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy.
