Kelly Sanders

Kelly Sanders joined the National Repertory Orchestra in November 2022 as the Director of Administration and Community Relations. Born and raised in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Kelly spent her days exploring the forests, lakes, and rivers near her home. Her love of the outdoors drew her to Breckenridge, Colorado, following graduation from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

She began her professional journey 25 years ago as a Pre-School Teacher at The Carriage House Early Learning Center. While there, Kelly developed a network of friends who presented her with the opportunity to work in the lodging industry. Kelly gained knowledge in all aspects of the hospitality industry and spent the next 23 years focused on marketing, public relations, and administration.

During her time in Breckenridge, Kelly had been fortunate to have served on the boards of some amazing nonprofits, such as the Education Foundation of the Summit, The Peak School, the High Country Soccer Association, and Breckenridge Elementary PTSA. When Kelly is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons skiing, rafting, and attending live music performances.
