Bio:
Brittney Nicole Geurink enjoys playing chamber, orchestral, and baroque repertoire. Ms. Geurink is a substitute violist with Abilene Philharmonic Orchestra and has played with East Texas Baroque and Lewisville Lake Symphony. She privately teaches viola and violin in the state of Colorado and Texas and is a private instructor for Denton Independent School District. The National Repertory Orchestra’s 2022 concert season marks her second season as the Development Fellow.

What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
I am a Star Wars enthusiast who is an avid pin collector and an active member of a growing Instagram community that focuses on an avian species called Porgs, capturing their explorations on Earth.

What are you most looking forward to this summer with the NRO?
I am excited to reunite with the NRO staff, former administrative/musician fellows, and colleagues from my undergraduate studies. I look forward to taking my work with the NRO to the next level and going on a variety of outdoor adventures.
