Tax time creates a new season of giving.

Support the NRO’s mission of Changing Lives Through Music!

ReFUND is a program that allows you to use your state income tax return to make a big difference in your community.

If you’re due a state income tax refund, this state program gives you the opportunity to use some or all of it to directly support a local nonprofit that matters to you like the National Repertory Orchestra.

Your refund. Your community. Your choice.

Coloradans can give all or part of their state income tax refund directly to one of more than 7,750 eligible nonprofits, such as the National Repertory Orchestra, registered with the state.

Through the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit program, taxpayers can choose to directly support an eligible Colorado-registered charity with a simple designation on their state income tax return.

The program, promoted through the ReFUND CO awareness initiative, lets you choose where your donation goes. All you have to do is:

  • Decide how much of your state income tax refund to donate (all or a portion of it).
  • Enter National Repertory Orchestra and our registration number 20023004605 in the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit Fund line on your state tax return or tax software – or give just give this info to your tax preparer when you share your tax documents.

You can learn more details about the program at RefundWhatMatters.org.
