What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
Related to my love of rabbits, I am very involved in local rabbit rescue and care. I believe it is important for human beings to use their time to give back to their surroundings, especially to those who don’t have a voice. If there is one thing I hope people learn from me, please don’t adopt bunnies for kids and for holidays – they are a lifetime commitment!
My dream is to have the finances to start my own bunny rescue one day.

Name three of your favorite composers:
Johannes Brahms, Richard Strauss, Andrea Clearfield

When taking a break from music-making, what is your favorite thing to do?
I love taking care of and bonding with my rabbits. I have a pair of bunnies, Bonnie and Watson!

What are you most looking forward to this summer with the NRO?
Experience with repertoire is something I know I lack in any audition pool and in general I want to learn professional skills from playing in large ensembles. I want to learn to be a great colleague!
