Bio:
Víctor is an avid chamber musician and orchestral player who has worked with a wide variety of chamber music ensembles. He has qualified as semi finalist for the 11th Coltman Competition with Trio Palmera and has won First Prize at the “Undommens musikkmesterkap” with CONSONANT Quintet.

He has also been a member of The Norwegian Youth Orchestra and has performed with orchestras such as The Norwegian Chamber Orchestra, The Norwegian Radio Orchestra and Oslo Philharmonic.

What inspired you to become a musician?
My parents sent me to music school when I was a kid, and one thing led into another.

Who are your all-time favorite composers and/or pieces? Why?
Strauss, Mahler, Brahms and de Falla.

What is an interesting fact about you and/or your instrument?
I love winter, even though I’m Espanish.

When taking a break from music-making, what is your favorite thing to do?
Lifting weights and hanging out, sometimes both at the same time.

I love the opportunity of performing so much great music with fantastic colleagues in an unparalleled environment.
