What inspired you to become a musician?
The idea of something that was totally different from a normal 9-5 office job really resonated with me.
Name your favorite composers and/or pieces:
Mozart. His music is just so pleasant to play!
What is an interesting fact about you and/or your instrument?
My violin doesn't have a label, so the maker is unknown.
When taking a break from music-making, what is your favorite thing to do?
Sleep
Why did you choose the NRO?
NRO seems like a great place to learn lots of core repertoire quickly. I'm sure at the end of the summer, my reading skills will have improved!
Plus, Breckenridge is a beautiful home for the NRO, and makes a great place to network with other likeminded musicians.
