Bartok! Because of his unique and thought provoking pieces.
What is an interesting fact about you and/or your instrument?
I started snowboarding when I was 6 years old, long before picking up the trombone!
When taking a break from music-making, what is your favorite thing to do?
I love going to the gym and lifting weights.
Why did you choose the NRO?
I chose the NRO because of it’s incredible reputation and contribution to the careers of many young musicians like myself. With the amazing repertoire we will perform, and the incredible musicianship of NRO musicians, I have no doubt that a summer in Breckenridge will push me to new levels and benefit my career long into the future.
