Justin Best is currently pursuing a master’s degree at The Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, where he studies with Richie Hawley. Justin is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy and received his Bachelor’s of Music from Rice University. Justin is returning for his second season with the NRO. He has previously attended Texas Music Festival, Composers Conference, and Brevard Music Center. Justin’s previous teachers include Emil Khudyev and Michael Forte.
What is something interesting that people may not know about you?
I am a tea enthusiast, and I enjoy making all sorts of unique drink creations!
