The NRO is proud to continue the long-standing tradition of free performances for our young at heart. Conductor (and Alum) Jason Seber has chosen music that features each section of the orchestra, with an overarching theme, “Piece by Piece: Putting Together the Orchestra,” culminating in Benjamin Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra narrated by Music Director Michael Stern.

Join us before the music starts, at 9:30am, to partake in an arts and crafts hour provided by Frosted Flamingo! This year we will be making washer wind chimes and musical sensory jars.
