Kelly Sanders joined the National Repertory Orchestra as the Director of Administration and Community Relations in 2022. With a strong background in administration, finance, and sales, Kelly plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s operations, overseeing financial processes, and driving revenue through ad sales and sponsorships.

Bringing 25 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and administration, Kelly excels in building relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance the NRO’s presence and impact. Her expertise in operational management ensures seamless coordination across departments, while their strategic sales initiatives help sustain and grow the organization’s financial health.

Passionate about fostering community engagement, Kelly has been actively involved with local nonprofits and initiatives, working to strengthen connections between the arts and the broader community. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, attending live music events, and volunteering.
