Pam Piper Yeung

Pam and her spouse, Kai Yeung, happily relocated to Breckenridge from Maryland, where both worked at long-time careers in information technology and medicine, respectively. Kai practiced medicine in Maryland for more than 40 years, and Pam retired from a leadership position at OMB, the largest of the White House agencies, after stints in the private sector and the Department of Defense. They are now fully retired to a home here that they have owned for more than 15 years.

Both Pam and Kai are long-time fans of the NRO, having joined in support of the mission as Friends of the NRO more than five years ago. They enjoy attending concerts, helping with the weekly dinners, and hosting musicians through Community Link. They decided to make this their home primarily because they value the strong sense of community and public spirit in Summit County that’s demonstrated in part by the numerous thriving nonprofits that are active here. The NRO is, they feel, a major contributor to this sense of community.
